Privacy Policy

• Your name and email, when you create an account.
• Account activity and attributed administrator support actions, to provide support and diagnose failures.
• Your resume and the profile we parse from it: target roles, seniority, skills, salary floor.
• Search filters and preferences you set or edit (keywords, locations, sources, company blacklist).
• With Premium: outreach activity and reply content routed through the in-app Outreach inbox, and your outreach templates/settings.
• Payment records and a billing mobile number if you purchase Premium; payment details are handled by the disclosed payment provider.

To build your matched-job digest and dashboard, tailor resumes per job, and, only if you activate Premium outreach, run connected-account referral workflows. We do not sell your data.

We share data with service providers for payments, connected-account outreach, email delivery, AI features and analytics. AI providers process your resume and job-description text to match jobs and prepare resumes and outreach drafts. Optional analytics and workshop advertising measurement run only with your permission.

Premium outreach uses a connected sending account whose identity and setup are shown before activation. Automated LinkedIn activity is always opt-in, pausable, capacity-limited, and subject to LinkedIn's terms and provider restrictions.

We use PostHog to count views of public pages and estimate daily visitors, including when you do not accept optional analytics cookies. This measurement does not store analytics cookies or identifiers in your browser. It sends a public page name and, when available, a source category and recognised campaign tags. It does not send your name, email, resume, form inputs, private account pages or full referring URLs, and it does not record your screen.

PostHog processes the request IP address and browser user agent to create a site-specific hash that changes daily, then strips the IP address before further processing. The resulting counts are estimates, not a record of named people. This measurement is hosted in PostHog's US region. We honour your browser's Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by disabling this collection.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and local storage for your theme and analytics choice. If the link you arrived from carries campaign tags (utm_), we keep those tags in a cookie for 30 days and save them with your account if you sign up, so we know which post or ad brought you. Optional analytics loads only after you allow it. It records page names and selected product milestones; public-page session replay masks text and inputs. We do not record replay in your account, resume, onboarding, board, outreach, or admin screens. Outside the workshop pages, we don't use third-party advertising trackers.

• Edit or delete your resume and any profile field, anytime, in Settings.
• Pause or stop outreach: globally, per job, or per conversation, at any time.
• Unsubscribe from any email via the link in that email.
• Decline or withdraw optional analytics at any time on this page. Withdrawing stops product-event tracking and recordings in this browser. Basic public-page measurement is separate; enable Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control to disable it.
• Ask us to delete your account and data: reach out and we'll take care of it.

You can change your choice for this browser at any time.
